PURPOSE:To improve the density and contrast of an image by using toner, formed by mixing a powdery material whose heat conductivity corresponding to 300K is 6W/mK, by 5 - 100 pts.wt. with every 100 pts.wt. binding resin. CONSTITUTION:The toner formed by mixing the 5 - 10 pts.wt. powdery material, whose heat conductivity corresponding to 300K is >=6W/mK, with every 100 pts.wt. binding resin is used as toner consisting of binding resin and a coloring agent. There are metal such as Ag, Al, Au, and B, oxides such as Al2O3, Fe3O4, and Fe2O3, and various kinds of alloy as the powdery substance whose heat conductivity corresponding to 300K is >=6W/mK. The toner which contains a specific amount of the powdery material with high heat conductivity is used to prevent the toner from melting and sticking on, specially, a developer, a sharp image is obtained even after long-period printing operation as well as an image in the beginning, and the image density and contrast are made high. |
