<p>PURPOSE:To accurately align articles to be sorted within a short time regardless of a size by providing the first and second control means altering feed rollers to an oblique direction when it is detected that the articles to be sorted reach the feed rollers and altering the same to a straight advance direction when it is detected that the articles to be sorted are fed to the side wall of a receiving body. CONSTITUTION:A paper collecting mechanism feeds sheets between a plurality of pinch rollers 82 and a plurality of feed rollers 84 to collect the same. That is, a pivot roller 88 is an equal velocity joint transmitting the rotation of a roller shaft 90 to the feed rollers to make the direction of the feed rollers 88 alterable. The intermediate parts of the first links 96A, 96B are supported on the left and right parts on the upper plate 92C of a case 92 in a freely rotatable manner and the second links 100A, 100B are connected between both end parts. When a sheet is detected by the first passage sensor 114, the direction of the feed rollers 88 is altered to the right by 15 deg. and, when the edge of the sheet is detected by the second passage sensor 116, the direction thereof is returned to the origin.</p> |
