POLYCHLOROPRENE RUBBER COMPOSITION

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the composition giving extruded products having excellent shape retainability, electric insulating property ad scorch resistance and useful as a sheath material by adding a phenol formaldehyde resin and carbon black to a polychloroprene rubber in a specific ration. CONSTITUTION:(A) 10-50 pts. wt. of phenol formaldehyde resin and (B) 10-50 pts. wt. of carbon black having an average particle size of <= 85mum are added to (C) a polychloroprene rubber composition containing (D) a vulcanization agent, a vulcanization accelerator, a filler and an auxiliary to provide the objective composition.
