PURPOSE:To have little abrasion of a dot wire and to provide, printed matter having lightfastness of the same extent as that of the printed matter by an ink ribbon for which carbon black is used by a method wherein a coloring agent of ink is combination of a plurality of organic pigments which are excellent in lightfastness. CONSTITUTION:An ink ribbon providing printed matter which is excellent in lightfastness can be formed by using a combined organic pigment of excellent lightfastness as a coloring agent of ink of the ink ribbon. The organic pigment is selected from a group consisting of anthraquinone series, isoindolenone series, isoindoline series, indanthrone series, quinophthalone series, quinacridone series, high molecular condensation azo series, dioxasiene series, thioindigo series, Naphthol AS series, phthalocyanine series, perinone series, perillene series, benzoimidazolone series, metal complex and alizarin lake series, diketo series, pyrrolo series, and pyrrole series. |
