<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of a loss due to the release and reallocation of a resource by statistically processing the resource using request frequency of each resource using request unit and adopting the processed result as an element of resource releasing priority. CONSTITUTION:Resource allocation request interval frequency information for respective resource using request U1 to Un, release priority information indicating the order of resource using request units based upon the resource allocation request interval frequency of release waiting resource using request units and a releasing link for ordering the resource using request units are stored in a using request unit management table 2. While referring to the resource allocation request interval frequency information in the table 2, probability that a U reutilization request is not generated up to a prescribed timer interval is found out and the probability is determined as U reutilization priority. Consequently, the generation of the loss due to the release and reallocation of the resource can be reduced.</p> |
