<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently allocate the work content and form and transfer the correct work content direction information to the next work station by providing blind areas detecting no data for forming the work direction information between multiple work stations. CONSTITUTION:Defective data display CRTs 7a-7c and a set of the first through the third torque wrench units TWR1-TWR3 for the correcting work such as re-fastening based on the display content are provided at work stations No 16, No 17, No 18 respectively, and the carry-in of a work pallet 13 to positions No 15-19 is detected by limit switches LS1-LS6. The preset delay time tc is set until the display screens of the defective data display CRTs 7a-7c are actually switched after the limit switches LS2-LS5 are turned on and the inputs of the torque wrench units TWR1-TWR3 are controlled to the blind state for a fixed period ts after the delay time tc elapses when the work result is checked.</p> |
