<p>PURPOSE:To determine a defective cause by an operator, and to take measures easily by inputting information regarding a defective phenomenon to an input section, reading information stored in a storage section by a controller and displaying information to a display section. CONSTITUTION:When an injection molding machine gets trouble or a defective is generated, an input section 1 for inputting a trouble phenomenon and a defective phenomenon such as the state of the defective by an operator is mounted, and a storage section 2, in which information regarding the item of the trouble phenomenon of the injection molding machine, the item of the state of the defective, the causes of these trouble phenomena, and a measure taken to the defective phenomenon is stored, is installed. A controller 3 reads the information of the causes of the defective phenomena and measures to the causes on the basis of information input by the operator while transmitting these information over a display section 4, and the operator can determine the causes of the defective phenomena by the content of the display of the display section 4 and measures to the causes.</p> |
