The present invention relates to a method for obtaining pressed powders packaged in containers, an installation for implementing this method and a container intended for packaging pressed powders. According to the invention, this container (1) includes a preformed deformable part (2) capable of being deformed during pressing of the powder, thus ensuring a reduction in its inner volume in a manner substantially concomitant with the reduction in volume of the powder during pressing. The invention applies particularly to the cosmetics industry, for manufacturing samples of pressed powders such as, in particular, make-up for cheeks, eyelids or the face. <IMAGE>
