PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque wrench device with a nut runner which can fasten a kind of a screw by stable torque, and to provide a torque wrench device by which the nut runner is easily obtained.SOLUTION: A torque wrench device 10 is united with a nut runner device 2 with a driving source to constitute a nut runner 1 with a torque wrench. The torque wrench device 10 includes: a connecting shaft 11 which has a tip fitting part 111 fitted to a socket 4 on a tip side, and is arranged integrally with a rotary shaft 22 of the nut runner device 2 on a proximal end side; and a head 12 arranged at an outer peripheral side of the connecting shaft 11. Furthermore, the torque wrench device 10 includes: a one-way clutch 13 arranged between the connecting shaft 11 and head 12; a handle 14 extended on an outer peripheral surface of the head 12 in a direction orthogonal to the connecting shaft 11; and a signal mechanism that indicates that torque with a preset value is applied to the connecting shaft 11. |
