The invention relates to professions in the hotel industry. It enables the user, by means of a simple movement, to take hold of his pen and his bottle opener without thereby being impeded in his work. It is designed entirely in leather, with two attachment systems. The first includes a leather tongue (1) with a press-stud closure (2 and 4). (See diagram 1 and 2/On diagram 2, 1 represents the loop of the trousers in which the tab is fastened). The second comprises two notches (3) which permit the passage of the belt. In this second phase, the tongue is folded over on its press stud (see diagram 3). Two locations are designed for the pen and the bottle opener 5 and 6.
