PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for maintenance and management and make an air conditioning device applicable to a small-sized elevator by providing a winding type air filter crossing an air circulating passage on an air intake hole part in the air circulating passage formed of a cage and the air conditioning device. CONSTITUTION:When the part opposite to the hole 2a of an air filter 12 is contaminated by dusts generated in a cage 1, a maintenance worker operates an operation handle 17 to rotate a winding roller 15 by the amount corresponding to the pitch of the contaminated part, and the contaminated part of the air filter 12 is slipped off from the hole 2a part. Thus, the non-contaminated part of the air filter 12 delivered from a deliver roller 11 covers the hole 2a part in place of the contaminated part, so that the effect similar to cleaning can be obtained. Consequently, as the hole 2a part of the air intake hole part can be covered with the non-contaminated part of the air filter 12 only by rotating the winding roller 15 by the operation handle 17 to wind and recover a determined quantity of the air filter the time required for maintenance and management can be shortened. |
