PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain signal output and embody omnidirectional detection without the basic performance of a dual element type detector against any moving body from any direction by laying out two electrodes so that they may not be in parallel. CONSTITUTION:The angle alpha formed by the intersection and two extended lines c and d is 60 degree. The angle gamma formed by straight lines which links the center of each electrode and the S directional axis is slanted by 15 degree. More specifically, two electrodes are not laid out in parallel to each other. When a body moves in the direction of X, at first, + polarity output is obtained by an electrode 1-a, then - polarity output is obtained by an electrode 1-b. In the direction of + polarity output is obtained by a part of electrode 1-a where the electrode 1-b does not cancel the output. Where two electrodes cancel each other, their output cancel each other, but the - polarity output is obtained by a part of the electrode 1-b, which makes it possible to detect the penetration of a moving body in the direction of Y.
|
