<p>PURPOSE:To form a microlens controlled to a contact angle, thickness and width adapted for high condensing with high reproducibility by pouring a lens material made of a polymer material in a mold, manufacturing the microlens by thermally or optically curing, and adhering the microlens on a color filter. CONSTITUTION:A polystyrene lens material is poured in a mold 22, and optically cured to manufacture a lens group 26 in which a plurality of semicolumnar microlenses 24 having excellent condensing properties are integrated by a thin film 25. Then, the group 26 is adhered to a color filter 35 on a semiconductor substrate 27 with an adhesive, etc., to simply manufacture a color solid state image sensor having high sensitivity with high reproducibility.</p> |
