WATER-REPELLENT AND OIL-REPELLENT TREATMENT AGENT A treatment agent in which a base component and a crosslinking component contain silicon-bonded perfluoroalkyl groups and curing groups. The components are mutually soluble to homogeneity as a consequence, and this makes possible long-term storage of the mixture of the two components. Moreover, when this treatment agent is used on fibers, textiles, plastics, metals, or porous inorganics and cured, an excellent water repellency and oil repellency are generated because a uniform film is developed.
