DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM CONTROLLER

摘要

PURPOSE:To recover quick power transmission to a sound power interrupted section by eliminating unnecessary waiting time when power is fed to the sound section in a faulty distribution line. CONSTITUTION:Upon occurrence of ground fault in section K4, disable operation of a reclose unit RC is carried out. An FCB 1 is reclosed 10s after reopen to feed power to sections K0-K2 while furthermore power is fed from counterpart distribution line to sections K6, K7. The FCB 1 is then reopened and a supervisory control means 2 recognizes the section K4 as a real faulty section. A fault recovery means 3 then prepares a procedure for throwing the FCB 1 10sec after reopen thereof and the means 2 feeds the procedure to a master station 5 thus reclosing the FCB l and completing power supply to a sound power interrupted section on the power supply side. Power is also fed to a sound power interrupted section on the load side.
