PURPOSE:To obtain quality of a component by forming a plurality of open windows corresponding to a plurality of grooves formed on opposed inner surfaces of a component conveying jig in which a plurality of component vessels are contained in a stepped state, and providing stoppers of the vessels. CONSTITUTION:After a component conveying jig 1a containing a semiconductor integrated circuit 7 is manually mounted at a loader side of an automatic conveying facility and a vacant component conveying jig 1b is mounted at an unloader side, the stopper 11 of the jig 1a of the loader side is lifted by a pusher mechanism, component vessels 8 are sequentially removed one by one from a direction of a rear surface by a robot mechanism, transferred to a conveying mechanism 18, and conveyed toward a component placing mechanism 19. Then, after all the circuits 7 in the vessel 8 are placed on a printed board 17, the vessel 8 is transferred to a conveying mechanism 20, and conveyed to the unloader side. Further, the vessel 8 conveyed to the vicinity of the jig 1b of the unloader side is contained from the front surface side of the jig 1b. Thus, the conveying with high quality of the component and high reliability can be performed. |
