The turbo-mill for grinding inorganic material has two rotors (2a,2b), which are mounted inside the grinding chamber (8) and rotate in opposite directions. Each rotor has a number of concentric rings of blades with the rings of blades of one rotor fitting between the rings of blades of the other rotor. The material to be ground is loaded into a chute (6) which is mounted on one side of the driving shaft (7) so that the material enters the grinding chamber in a tangential stream and generates a swirling motion inside the grinding chamber.
