Each mobile telephone subscriber station (e.g. 10,11) in radiocommunication with a base station (30) is equipped with a transmitter (S), a receiver (E) and a short-term memory (M). The base station's transmitter and receiver are linked to a data input monitor and keyboard (31), and by land lines (32) to other telephone stations (20). A call-originating station (10) receives the call criterion of the called subscriber (11) from the base station for storage in its memory (M) from which the user can retrieve it at any time. ADVANTAGE - Storage of call criteria is simplified without untoward increase in technical complexity.
