PURPOSE:To obtain healthy condiment utilizing mineral in sea water by mixing seasoning component into sea water. CONSTITUTION:The aimed condiment is obtained by mixing suitable amount of sugar, wine, amino acid, spice and flavor into sea water and stirring. Furthermore, suitable amount of soup stock (boiled soup or powder of animals and plants, fishes and shellfishes or seaweeds, etc., without taking care of natural or synthetic) is added to said condiment to extract deliciousness of the soup stock and an using amount of the soup stock is able to be reduced. |
