摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the positional accuracy of an inner-layer pattern and to enhance a sheet-thickness accuracy and a molding property by a method wherein a copper-foil pattern having a plurality of dots by forming a circuit is formed inside the production area of an inner-layer sheet and through holes are made in advance by a drilling operation in the same positions as in parts of the copper-foil pattern of the dots. CONSTITUTION:Through holes 7 to be used as pilots 7 for printing use are made by a drilling operation in the production area 2 of an inner-layer sheet 1. Then, an inner-layer pattern film in which a product pattern 6 and copper-foil dot patterns 5 inside the production area 2 have been arranged and installed is aligned with the inner-layer sheet 1. The copper-foil dot patterns 5 are arranged and installed alternately in positions of a copper-foil dot patterns 5a or dot patterns 5b in the production area 2 of each inner-layer sheet 1; and one part is situated in the same positions as the pilots 7 for printing use. When an inner-layer pattern is aligned with the film, the residual amount of the patterns of the copper-foil dot patterns 5 situated in the same positions as the pilots 7, for printing use, which are formed at four corners is confirmed. Thereby, the surface and the rear of the inner-layer pattern can be aligned with an accuracy of within 150mum in this case.
