PURPOSE:To manufacture a small-sized motor having high inertia by adopting an alignment-wound stator coil and a sensor-less type control circuit, directly installing the stator coil being molded thinly uniformly and having an excellent space factor to a stator yoke and using a rotor magnet and a rotor yoke as a rotor. CONSTITUTION:Stator coils 2 are aligned obliquely to axes thereof and arranged successively, isosceles triangular winding ranges are formed to inner circumferential surfaces and outer circumferential surfaces, and all windings are transferred from one layers to the other layers at both sides of these isosceles triangles employing winding end sections as bases. The shaft 5 of a rotor is mounted rotatably to the bearings 4, 4' of a stator with such stator coils 2. A sensor-less type control circuit conducting electricity through the coils at the angle of continuity of 120 deg.-180 deg. by the interphase synthesis of voltage (counter electromotive voltage) induced by the stator coils is used, and a mini-motor which is rotated stably is manufactured. Large eccentric force is acquired only by partially notching at least one of a rotor magnet or a rotor yoke toward the radial direction in a small-sized vibrating motor. |
