PURPOSE:To make the thickness of a section set in a low temperature section thicker than that of a section set in a high temperature section by regulating the temperature of a striped shape formed by dividing a parison in the longitudinal direction so as to have the high temperature section and the low temperature section within a range higher than a mold temperature at the time of drawing blow molding, inserting the parison into a mold, blowing in compressed air and blow-molding the parison. CONSTITUTION:A temperature regulating bar 2 is inserted to a parison 1, and a temperature is regulated. The temperature regulating bar 2 is formed in an approximately circular shape, a large number of projecting strips 3 are protruded from the circumferential surface of the bar 2, only sections oppositely faced to the projecting strips 3 are cooled, and the temperature of the sections oppositely faced to the strips 3 is made lower than other sections. When the sections oppositely faced to the projecting strips 3 are used as low temperature sections 4 and other sections as high temperature sections 5 at that time, it is favorable that the high temperature sections 5 are adjusted at approximately 90-120 deg.C and the low temperature sections 4 at approximately 60-90 deg.C when a mold temperature at the time of blow molding is set at 60-90 deg.C. The low temperature sections 4 and the high temperature sections 5 are distributed in a longitudinal striped shape, and it is preferable that the low temperature sections 4 are mounted at locations obtained by equally dividing the parison 1. Accordingly, the parison 1 adjusted is inserted into the mold, and compressed air is fed in and the parison is blow-molded. |
