PURPOSE:To improve surface smoothness even when thickness is small while reducing mechanical anisotropy, and to obtain a large elastic modulus and strength by composing the title polymer film of a liquid crystalline polymer forming an anisotropic melt and specifying the surface roughness of at least one surface. CONSTITUTION:An extruder 3a with a screw 2a is supplied with a liquid crystalline polymer from a hopper 1a and the polymer is hot-melted, and the annular flow path 5a of an inflation die 4 mounted to the extruder 3a is supplied with the hot-melted polymer. An extruder 3b with a screw 2b is fed with a non- adhesive thermoplastic polymer from a hopper 1b and the thermoplastic polymer is hot-melted, and another annular flow path 5b of the inflation die 4 is fed with the hot-melted thermoplastic polymer. These polymers are combined under the state of laminating in the combining section of the annular flow paths 5a, 5b, and extruded under the state of laminating to a lower section from annular slits 6, and a cylindrical film 7 is formed. The laminated film is oriented, and a non-adhesive thermoplastic polymer layer 8b is peeled from a liquid crystalline polymer layer 8a, thus acquiring a liquid crystalline polymer film having the surface roughness Ra of 10-50nm of at least one surface. |
