NEW MATERIAL:An aminophenyl ether derivative expressed by formula I [ring A is 5-8C cycloalkylene ring; R1, R2 and R3 are H, 1-10C alkyl or cycloalkyl (however the sum of the carbon numbers in R1, R2 and R3 will not exceed 10); n is an integer 4-6; R1, R2 and R3 are all H when ring A is 5C, 7C and 8C cycloalkylene rings] and a salt thereof. EXAMPLE:1-[4-(cis-4-tert-Butylcyclohexyloxy)phenyl]piperidine. USE:A preventing agent and a remedy for arteriosclerosis and diseases, e.g. cardiovascular diseases, caused thereby having antilipemic action, particularly improved reducing action on cholesterol and triglyceride. PROCESS:A cycloalkyl alcohol expressed by formula II is reacted with a p-halogenonitrobenzene, and the reaction product is then reduced and reacted with an alkylene dihalogenide expressed by formula VI. |
