PURPOSE:To carry out the high speed switching input data with a simple constitution by generating a data inversion control signal by means of a FF, on a display/driving device inverting the applying waveform of a data side one scanning line by one scanning line. CONSTITUTION:The ROM 110 of a driving timing control circuit 10 is controlled by a column counter 20 counting the period of one line, etc., and a driving data inversion control signal FRVC is generated from a latching circuit 120. The output signal of the FF 80 is switched through the use of this FRVC and the data inversion control signal RVC is outputted. Thus, high speed data switching existing in the FF is carried out with the simple constitution that one FF is added.
