NEW MATERIAL:A cDNA capable of coding a cancerous fetal antigen-related antigen derived from human granulocytes. EXAMPLE:A cDNA having a base sequence from a base (A) at the 98th residue to a base (T) at the 829th residue of a base sequence expressed by the formula. USE:Production of human granulocyte-nonspecific cross antigenic proteins, etc. PREPARATION:A messenger RNA extracted from human peripheral blood is used to prepare a cDNA library and a gene of nonspecific cross-reacting antigenic proteins is isolated and identified therefrom. The base sequence thereof is then analyzed and determined. |
