PURPOSE:To certainly recover a waste liquid regardless of the properties of the waste liquid or the inflow speed thereof by receiving a sheet like absorbing sheet uniformly containing a polymer absorbing material absorbing the waste liquid and a penetration sheet allowing the waste solution to penetrate up to the absorbing sheet. CONSTITUTION:An ink bag 2 is fixed to the bottom of a cartridge case by welding or a double-side adhesive tape and a taking-out port 9 is welded to the ink bag 2 by heat sealing. Ink is supplied from the taking-out port 9 and a waste liquid is recovered through a waste liquid needle 7 and a waste liquid port 3. The waste liquid penetrates in a penetration sheet 11 to reach an absorbing sheet 10 to be absorbed by a polymer absorbing material. Air can be allowed to flow out to the outside of a waste liquid recovery bag 5 by providing an air hole. Even when a large amount of the waste liquid having slow absorbing properties enters the waste liquid recovery bag 5 within a short time, the penetration sheet 11 temporarily absorbs the waste liquid to successively send the same to the absorbing sheet and, therefore, the waste liquid does not flow out of the air hole. |
