PURPOSE:To lighten a variation rate of a size of an ink inserting hole to fluctuation in temperature and to improve durability also by a method wherein a pixel shaping part which protrudes outside is formed at, at least, opposed two corners among four corners of an almost rectangular heating element of which a length in a sub scan direction is longer than its arrangement pitch in a main scan direction, is formed. CONSTITUTION:For a line thermal head 12, an almost triangular pixel shaping part 16 which protrudes in a sub scan direction is formed at four corners of an almost rectangular heating element 15. For instance, the heating element 15 which is arranged at a pitch of 62.5(mum) in a main scan direction and of which a length in the main scan direction is approx. 60(mum) comes to have a sub scan direction length of approx. 65-80(mum). Since four corners of the heating element 15 protrude in the sub scan direction as the pixel shaping part 16 for this thermal process device herein, an ink inserting hole 6 to be formed to thermal stencil paper 5 becomes almost square. |
