The subject of the invention is the compounds of formula: <IMAGE> in which: - R1 and R2 are each independently H, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy, carboxyl, alkoxycarbonyl, cyano, tetrazolyl, methylsulfonylamino or trifluoromethylsulphonylamino, provided that at least R1 or R2 is other than H; - R3 represents H, C1-C6 alkyl, C2-C6 alkenyl, C3-C7 cycloalkyl, phenyl, phenylalkyl or phenylalkenyl, the said phenyl groups optionally being substituted; - R4 and R5 each independently represent C1-C6 alkyl, phenyl or phenylalkyl, the said alkyl, phenyl and phenylalkyl groups optionally being substituted; - or R4 and R5, bonded together, represent a group (CH2)n or a group (CH2)pY(CH2)q in which n is between 2 and 6, p + q = n and Y is O, S or N-R6 in which R6 is H, C1-C4 alkyl or phenylalkyl, or R4 and R5, together with the carbon atom to which they are bonded, constitute an indane or an adamantane; - X represents an oxygen atom or sulphur atom; - z is 0, 1 or 2; and their salts.
