PURPOSE:To efficiently manufacture the slide fastener without deteriorating the quality of the fastener by always holding a fastener chain in a no-tension state, and allowing plural working devices to synchronize with an operation cycle of the slowest working device. CONSTITUTION:From a stock yard 13, a fastener chain 1 is supplied to a space part generation working device 10 and a space part 3 is generated. By synchronizing with an operation cycle of a slider-upper fastener fitting/cutting working device 12 whose working operation is slow, a feed roller 18 turns. The fastener chain 1 is supplied to a lower fastener fitting working device 11, and the lower fastener 4 is attached. The fastener chain 1 is always racked horizontally in a no-tension state, so that the quality of a product is not deteriorated. The fastener chain 1 is supplied to the slider-upper fastener fitting/cutting working device 12, a slider 5 is inserted through, the upper fastener 6 is attached, and it is cut with a cutting blade 23 from a cutting line 7, moved and placed on a conveyor 26, becomes a slide fastener product 8 and is accumulated on a tray 27. |
