A twist drill bit storage device employs a member of tubular reception members (A) for the drill bits of different sizes. Each reception member has an outer tube (10) and an inner tube (30) freely rotatable therein. A pair of further tubes (20) holds the inner tube (30) centrally in the outer tube. The inner tube (30) has a pair of radially inwardly projecting pins (31) which fit into the flutes in the blade part of the twist drill bit enabling the latter to be held by the plain handle part and turned to draw the drill bit into the inner reception member. <IMAGE> |
