<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the device and method for filter manufacture which facilitate the maintenance of an ink jet head and the measurement of the discharge amount of ink and also facilitates the attachment and detachment of a substrate when a filter is manufactured by jetting ink out of the ink jet head. SOLUTION: The filter manufacturing device 10 which manufactures a filter by shooting ink at a substrate 48 is equipped with a base 12, a 1st moving means 14 which is set on the base 12 and holds the substrate 38, moves in a 1st direction, and positions it, the ink jet head 20 which jets ink to the substrate held by the 1st moving means 14, and a 2nd moving means 16 which is set on the base 12 and moves in a 2nd direction crossing the 1st direction at right angles and positions the ink jet head 20; and the attaching/detaching position of the substrate 48 on the base 12 by the 1st moving means 14 is different from the setting position on the base 12 by the 2nd moving means 16.</p> |
