PURPOSE:To simply recover coffee liquid without using a pump by providing the water level of a brewing container at an upper position, and receiving the coffee liquid in the container in accordance with head drop. CONSTITUTION:A coffee powder pack 18 is retained on and inserted to an attaching seat 11 from a bottom part 13 of an opening. A brewing container 6 is inserted from an upper part so as to position a bottom plate 14 on a bottom part 1A. Then, a handle 8 is rotated to engage an engaging part 9 with an engagement receiver 10 and the brewing container 6 is secured in an immersed state in hot water W. After the coffee is brewed, the handle 8 is rotated reversely to disengage the engaging part 9 from the engagement receiver 10. Then the brewing container 6 is raised and held at an upper part by engaging an end part of the handle 8 with a recessed part 4. Under this state, coffee liquid in the brewing container 6 passes through the coffee powder pack 18 again, owing to the head drop of water level B, and is rebrewed. Thus the coffee liquid is recovered to a container 1 through a communicating hole 15. |
