The method for synthesizing substituted adenosine phosphate derivatives is characterized in that it is carried out using an enzymatic means and by subjecting substituted cAMP derivatives to the action of a protein having adenyl cyclase activity, then by subjecting the ATP derivatives thereby obtained to the action of a protein having NDP kinase activity and coupled with a phosphate group consuming system, and in that the ATP derivatives thereby formed are recovered. These derivatives can be used in particular as laboratory reagents.
