The individual elements (1) are of light construction, rendering them easy to transport. Their skeletal bearer structure is formed by parallel-flanged frame ribs (2), and where they are to be used for external walls they are double-shelled, and provided with the requisite door and window apertures. The wall hollow spaces determined by the frame flange height contain the requisite conduits for electricity, gas, water, etc., and spaces not so occupied are stabilised with a suitable foam material. On the erection site, the wall elements are stabilised by a series of draw components, and by pressure on the contact surfaces are sealed against one another. Assembly on site is normally by mobile cranes and installation cradles (5). USE - To form rooms in domestic and commercial locations.
