The valve assembly has connections for perfusion syringe infusion container, and patient hose and controls the link between the syringe and patient, as well as the passage between the container and syringe, assisted by non-return valves in the passage and link behind each valve. The infusion fluid passages (29,30) are formed by flexible tubes and the valve is in the form of a tube clip (11), fitted with a two-positionm rotary knob (42) as adjuster (23). The rotation axis of the adjuster is fitted with circumferentially offset clamping surfaces (39,40) such that flow is only possible in one passage, when the other is closed. USE/ADVANTAGE - For paediatry infusions, or transfusions, with simple, reliable design.
