<p>NEW MATERIAL:A monoclonal antibody to recognize membrane type phospholipase A2 [PLA2M]. EXAMPLE:Monoclonal antibody PL-49. USE:A reagent for determining PLA2M, capable of diagnosing rheumarthritis, cancer, etc., by measurement of PLA2M in the blood. PREPARATION:First, a splenocyte of mouse immunized against PLA2M is subjected to cell fusion with mouse myeloma cell and an anti-PLA2M antibody forming strain is selected from the prepared hybridoma. Then, a hybridoma [e.g. hybridoma PL-49 (FERM BP-2891)] to stably produce anti-PLA2M antibody is cloned and cultured in ascites of mouse to produce an antibody.</p> |
