The articulated goods vehicle has a hydraulic support unit (4). This is arranged under the load carrying surface of the trailer to support it when being parked and disconnected from the tractor vehicle. A swinging arm (8) has one end connected to an axis (9) on the chassis (18) and the other end attached to small wheels (10), with a telescopic arm (12) positioned such that the support can be stored beneath the vehicle when not in use. USE/ADVANTAGE - Wheeled support for the rear end of a trailer which can be operated on a one-man basis.
