Part-lined disc brake with brake support plate - has common brake compression spring integrated in ventilator unit

The partially lined disc brake has a brake support plate with a brake disc mounted above same and positioned on a brake disc shaft. Each of the two brake levers (5) are coupled together on one side of the brake disc (3) by a coupling rod (8,9) which runs across, thus parallel, to the brake disc (3) whereby the brake levers can swivel together against the brake disc (3). A common brake compression spring (10) is mounted pref. integrated in the ventilator unit (7) and the common brake compression spring (10) and the ventilator unit (7) engage on a common ventilator lever (11) which is part of a leverage (12) for closing and ventilating the brake tongs (4). The leverage (12) is coupled precisely in the middle between the two brake levers (5) to the two coupling rods (8,9). USE/ADVANTAGE - Improved force transmission ratios in partially lined disc brake.
