PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device by fitting a means supporting an image erasing means to the device main body through a substrate under a state that the direction of the optical axis of a destaticizing lamp being the image erasing means is maintained in the direction of the normal line of an image carrier. CONSTITUTION:An erasing LED unit 11 is constituted of a printed-wiring board 13, an LED holder 12 and an LED 14 and the plural hole parts 16 are provided to the holder 12. The inside circumference of the hole part 16 is shaped so as to engage the outside circumference of the LED 14 and the center line 17 of the hole part 16 is inclined by a fixed angle A with respect to an upper surface 15. By properly setting the angle A made by the printed-wiring board 13 and the center line 17 of the hole part 16 of the holder 12 which is aligned with the optical axis of the LED 14, the board 13 can be arranged within a narrow range between an exposure device 53 and a developing device 54 under the state that the optical axis of the LED 14 is aligned with the direction of the normal line of a photosensitive body 51. Thus, the peripheral space of the photosensitive body can be effectively utilized and the device is miniaturized. |
