PURPOSE:To improve the surface smoothness of a printed surface to enable applying minute and fine printing by forming on at least one side surface of a cloth a resin layer composed of a compounded composition containing 5-100 pts.wt. acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer in 100 pts.wt. polyurethane resin. CONSTITUTION:As a cloth, there may be used any of woven fabric, knit fabric and nonwoven fabric. Also, the base resin of a compounded composition forming a resin layer is limited particularly to polyurethane resin, because the polyurethane resin can maintain the softness of the part in contact with air of a surface over a wide temperature range (e.g. -10-30 deg.C) and can obtained a desired surface smoothness even if any surface treatment is not applied. The compounding quantity of acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer for 100 pts.wt. of these polyurethanes is 5-100 pts.wt., but the part in contact with air of the surface hardens as the compounding quantity increases and flexing properties lower in proportion thereto so that 5-50 pts.wt. are preferable as such quantity. |
