<p>PURPOSE:To perform resetting to an initial state surely by announcing service interruption when the time while source voltage is below a prescribed level is within a prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:By closing of an electric power source switch 7, an AC electric power source is supplied to the electric power source part 4 of a main processor, and is also supplied to the electric power source part 5 of a sub processor. When the supplied potential drops to prescribed potential or lower owing to instantaneous service interruption or the like, the output of a clock device 13 is set in a memory 15 by the output of a comparator 11. Since the device 13 and a memory 15 are supplied with electric power source from a secondary battery 14, they are operating at all times. When the service interruption is recovered, the rise of the potential to above the prescribed level is detected by a detecting circuit 12, and the outputs of the device 13 and the memory 15 are supplied to a substractor 16. When the output of the substractor 16 is below a prescribed value, a detection signal is outputted from a comparator 17 to an announcing circuit 18.</p> |
