PURPOSE:To obtain the subject food, containing a compound derived from hemoglobin containing hemoferrum and capable of eliminating bitterness, grassy smell and metallic taste derived from the aforementioned compound and effective in supplying iron. CONSTITUTION:The objective food is obtained by adding >=19 pts.wt. prune to 1 pt.wt. compound (a decomposition product of hemoglobin with an enzyme containing 0.5-5wt.% iron) derived from hemoglobin containing hemoferrum. |
