PURPOSE:To manufacture a microporous sheet with little warp and having re-releasing function for repeated use to be applied evenly to the surface or the back face by curing a mixture extruded out of a slit while driving the same in the vertical direction. CONSTITUTION:A mixture 1 composed of resin and foams is extruded out of a slit 2 in the sheet shape, disposed in the vertical direction and clamped between a couple of vertical double belt press belts 3 running from top to bottom. As said double belts 3 are vertical, foams are moved not to form uneveness in the sectional direction of a sheet. While passing between said belts, the sheet is heated and cooled to curve and formed into a film. Thus the sheet with micropores 4 distributed uniformly on a resin layer 5 can be manufactured. The sheets thus manufactured are laminated continuously or batched, and if required, for example, a pile fabric is overlappingly stuck to manufacture a carpet without warp. |
