PURPOSE:To easily detect a trouble caused by the deviation of timing by integrating a circuit function analyzing part and a timing analyzing part, tracing the real timing of a to be tested and body comparing the timing with ideal timing which is previously stored so as to check the timing. CONSTITUTION:A central control part 16 generates an address and data which are required for a pattern generation part 18 in accordance with an instruction from a host interface control part 14, and transmits them to the tested body 12. The central control part 16 checks a function by transferring a control signal required with the tested body 12. Thus, a trace control part 20 traces ideal timing from a host system 10 and traces the real timing of the tested body 12 at the time of checking the function. Consequently, it can be judged whether real timing is within the allowance value of deviation or not by compar ing ideal timing with real timing. Thus, the trouble caused by the deviation of timing can easily be detected. |
