The circuit provides relaying functions between private switching systems. The circuit includes: a first latch means (200) for latch-outputting a first control data; a second latch means (300) for latch-outputting a second control data; a first multiplexing means (400) for outputting the data of a first address to a CPU; a control means (500) for controlling the first and second latch means and the first multiplexing means; a second multiplexing means (600) for outputting transmission and receiving signals; a third multiplexing signals (700) for selecting one of received signals in accordance with first and second mode selecting signals; and a fourth multiplexing means (64) for selecting one of the received signals in accordance with third mode selecting signals.
