PURPOSE: A device for transmitting image data is provided to use a mobile communication system applying a mobile IP, to transmit the video data, so as to immediately confirm image data of a specific area to be monitored or an area where an alarm is generated. CONSTITUTION: Many CCDs(Charge Coupled Devices)(10) pick up an image of a subject to be pictured, and output the image as electrical image data. Many sensors(40) sense movements of an object within a camera pickup area. A DVR(Digital Video Recorder) server(25) records image data transmitted from each camera(10) in each allocated area, and outputs image data before and after sensing the movements of the object. A monitor(30) retrieves and confirms the image data. A data communication network(50) sets up a path for transmitting the output image data. A monitoring terminal(60) connected to the data communication network(50) receives the image data.
