PURPOSE:To prevent malfunctionings, by configuring an LC filter on a signal line with a capacitor and coil component, the capacitor component being created through inserting a dielectric between a base electrode and a bonding pad of a signal lead, and the coil component being created through coating a bonding wire ranging from a chip to the signal lead with a magnetic material. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric 5 is inserted between a base electrode 1 and a signal lead 4, and thereby, a capacitor is created. Also, by coating a bonding wire 3 with a magnetic material, and L is created, the bonding wire ranging from the signal terminal of a chip 2 to the signal lead 4. Further, by the capacitor, the L, and an equivalent input capacitor 9 of the chip 2, an LC filter is configured on a signal line. In order that the height of an earth lead 7 is made to be the same as the signal lead 4, a metal 8 is inserted between the base electrode 1 and the earth lead 7. Thereby, a C component is created between the lead frame and the earth lead, and an L component is created in the bonding wire respectively. Therefore, the reflections of signals can be prevented. |
