PURPOSE:To obtain a flavor improver usable for foods and drinks in a wide range without practical disorder of sweetness, by using glycyrrhetinic acid monoglucuronide as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:A flavor improver comprising glycyrrhetinic acid monoglucuronide as an active ingredient, optionally blended with extending agents such as dextrin, lactose and starch and arbitrarily auxiliary components. |
