<p>PURPOSE:To produce the subject monoclonal antibody specifically reactive with a sugar chain on the cell membrane of KATO-III and nonreactive with normal blood cells by utilizing KATO-III as an immune antibody. CONSTITUTION:A hybridoma between a mammal plasma cell (immunocyte) immunized with KATO-III immune antibody and a plasma cell cytoma of the mammal is produced and a clone producing a desired antibody capable of recognizing KATO-III is selected thereby. By culturing the selected clone, a monoclonal antibody can be produced. In addition, the antibody in this invention can be used in a form of a supernatant of an antibody-producing hybridoma- cultured material or mouse ascites without any treatment as an antibody solution. A material purified by the ammonium sulfate fractionation method, the ion-exchange chromatography method or the affinity chromatography method using a protein A column, etc., can be also used as an antibody solution.</p> |
